A Patch Test is carried out to determine if you have an allergic reaction to any products used within the treatment.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS We ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance should you need to make any changers or cancel your appointment. If failing to do so 100% of the payment will be required and no further appointments will be allowed until the balance is paid. Appointments can only be rearranged d once and must be within 4 week of the original appointment date after this a new deposit is required. PAYMENTS All deposits are non refundable, the remaining balance must be paid by CASH on the day of your appointment. PATCH TEST A patch test is required 24 hours prior to all lash lift, brow tint & eyelash appointments. It is your responsibility (the client) to book a patch test prior to your appointment. Failing to do so your appointment may being cancelled. LATENESS Arriving late may interfere with your treatment, all appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next client will not be delayed and a full charge will be applied. GIFT VOUCHER Gift Vouchers are non refundable and are valid for 3 months from the purchase date and will not be accepted after the expiry date. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. You are not under obligation to use the full value of your voucher during one session. Late cancellations and failure to show terms as laid out above also ally to gift vouchers.
