POLICY 

We ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance should you need to make any changes or cancel your appointment. If failing to do so 100% of the payment will be required and no further appointments will be allowed until the balance is paid.

If 48 hours notice is giving you can rearrange your appointment once only, this must be with in 4 weeks of your original appointment. anything after this your deposit will be lost and a new deposit will be required.
