Patch Test 

A patch test is needed for ALL NEW CLIENTS, plus ALL EXISTENCE CLIENTS booking a treatment they've never had done by me before. 

Patch test must be no later than 24 hours before the appointment, this will determine whether you are allergic to any products used.

It is your responsibility (the client) to book a patch test prior to your appointment. Failing to do so your appointment will be cancelled and you will lose your deposit.

If you haven't had the treatment for 3 months since you last visited me a new patch test is required.

Deposits

All deposits are NON REFUNABLE.

(so please be certain you want/can make the appointment before booking).

if you need to rearrange/cancel you must give 48 hours+ notice for your deposit to be transferred to the new appointment.

(your appointment can only be rearranged once and with in the same month of your original appointment). 

Any later than this you will lose your deposit and a new deposit will be needed.

Infills 

Infills go by weeks

2 weeks

3 weeks

anything after 3 weeks is a full set

it is your responsibility to make sure the correct infill week is booked.

If the incorrect infill week is booked your appointment WILL BE CANCELLED and YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE LOST.

(appointments get checked the day before your appointment so please make sure you double check before booking).

Lash Lift or Brow Lamination 

A Lash & Brow Conditioner will be added to new clients first appointment and existent clients on their first appointment after 1st August. This is a £25 charge added onto the treatment price.
