Patch Test
A patch test is needed for ALL NEW CLIENTS, plus ALL EXISTENT CLIENTS booking a treatment they've never had done by LashCo. before.
Your patch test must be no later than 24 hours before the appointment, this will determine whether you are allergic to any products used.
If you haven't had the treatment for 3 months since your last appointment a new patch test is required.
It is your responsibility (the client) to book a patch test prior to your appointment.
Failing to do so your appointment will being cancelled and you will lose your deposit.

Aftercare
Why is aftercare important?
If you choose to skips aftercare post-treatment, you are putting the longevity and health of your lashes/brows at risk.
Maintaining proper hygiene and cleanliness means better and longer-lasting results. It will also maximins the benefits of your treatment.
Aftercare products are available to purchase at your appointments.
